Reiji-ho
Reiji-Ho consists of three short rituals that are carried out before each treatment:
Gassho and close your eyes. Now connect with the Reiki power.
Ask for the recovery and health of the person you are about to give Reiki to, in mind, body and spirit.
Now raise your hands still in Gassho in front of your third eye. Ask the Reiki power to guide your hands to where the energy is needed.
