This is an exercise that allows the body to move freely. You may practice on your own or in a group.
Slowly start with Gassho
Inhale deeply into Tantien/Tanden fill it right up.
Then let go, exhale completely.
Do this three times then
.
Let your body sway, move spontaneously forget inhibitions, go with the flow.
Do not force anything just become completely natural with the world.
Keep trying you know when you have it!!
